User Data Deletion Instructions

If you have communicated with Tasneem Group through WhatsApp and would like the personal data associated with that communication deleted from our systems, you may submit a deletion request following the steps below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to banyan.digital86@gmail.com with the subject line "WhatsApp data deletion request" and include:

• The WhatsApp phone number you used to contact us
• Your name as it appeared in the conversation, if available
• The business unit you contacted, if you know it (for example: hotel, venue, or retail brand)
• The approximate date or date range of the interaction
• A short statement that you are the owner of that WhatsApp number and are requesting deletion

Verification

Before we delete data, we may need to verify your identity or your ownership of the WhatsApp number used in the request. This is to protect you and other users from unauthorized deletion of conversation history.

What we delete

On a verified request we will remove personal data associated with your WhatsApp interactions from our active CRM systems within a reasonable timeframe.

What we may retain

Some records may be retained where required for:

• Legal, regulatory, accounting, or tax obligations
• Dispute resolution and complaint handling
• Fraud prevention and security
• Internal audit and operational recordkeeping

Retained records are kept only for as long as required and access is restricted.
