This Privacy Policy describes how Tasneem Group ("Tasneem Group", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with the Tasneem Group Platform, including the Tasneem WA CRM application that processes WhatsApp Business messages on our behalf.

1. Who we are

Tasneem Group operates the Tasneem Group Platform and Tasneem WA CRM. The platform supports our hotel, hospitality, and retail business units and is used to receive and respond to WhatsApp messages sent by customers and prospects to numbers we operate.

2. Why we process your data

• To receive and reply to WhatsApp messages you send to us
• To route conversations to the correct business unit
• To create and manage CRM lead records for follow-up
• To measure first-response time and operational service-level targets
• To keep an internal record of customer communications for sales, service quality, dispute handling, and audit purposes

3. What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Your WhatsApp profile name when WhatsApp provides it
• The content of messages you send to us
• Message timestamps and delivery metadata
• The business unit and channel account that received your message
• CRM lead status, agent reply history, and SLA tracking data derived from your interactions

We do not collect WhatsApp data from you outside of the conversation you initiate or continue with us.

4. How we use your data

We use the data above to respond to your inquiries, route your message to the right team, manage the lifecycle of the conversation as a CRM lead, measure how quickly we respond, and improve our sales and customer service operations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data to advertisers. Your data may be processed by infrastructure and platform providers we use to operate the service, including:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp Cloud API)
• Vercel Inc. (application hosting)
• Supabase (managed database)
• Authorized Tasneem Group staff and contracted operators who handle customer communication on our behalf

These providers process data only to support the operation of our service.

6. Retention

We retain WhatsApp conversation and CRM data for as long as needed to operate the service and to meet business, legal, accounting, dispute, fraud prevention, and audit obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, where applicable. See User Data Deletion Instructions for how to submit a deletion request. We may need to verify your identity or ownership of the WhatsApp number before acting on a request.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest and restrict access to authorized personnel. No system can be guaranteed to be fully secure, and we do not claim certification.

9. Children

The service is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update.
